Our Team

Tom Shelton

Director & Owner

Tom has been in the property industry for over 20 years, specifically in the development sector and has held positions in public companies both in Melbourne and London. He has broad experience in the residential and commercial sectors of development and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Property. When time permits he is a part-time farmer in Central Victoria.

Ken Jolly

Director & Owner

Ken has 40 years’ experience in the construction sector and is widely respected in the industry. He has a strong background in the services disciplines and has worked on major projects including Melbourne Casino, Victoria’s County Courts and QV Development. Ken is also an owner and director of SolutionsWon Group which is a commercial project management group. If he is not in the office, he is at the beach.

Dean Coleman

Director & Owner

Dean has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and project management industry. As national executive at Honeywell, he worked on major projects including Etihad Stadium, Spencer Street Station and Melbourne Convention Centre. Dean is also an owner and director of SolutionsWon Group which is a commercial project management group. When the opportunity awaits, he will catch a wave.

Nick Sestak

Development Manager

Nick has worked in the construction and property industry for over 7 years, and has been involved in the design, planning and delivery of over 1,500 apartments, hotels and commercial projects. He has held positions in tier 1 and 2 construction and development companies and has a Diploma of Building & Construction and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Project Management). He is a keen traveller and sports fan.

Sandra McDonald

Chief Financial Officer

Sandra’s 30 years’ experience in the finance and administration fields, together with studies in bookkeeping, marketing and management, makes her a multi-skilled professional. Her high level of competency with a range of packages and a determination and passion for her chosen career, ensures the smooth running of the office. All things Italian is where she is at.

Kerri Walsh

Executive Assistant

Kerri brings her extensive experience in executive assistance, business administration and customer service roles. She has worked in several industries both here and overseas, including hospitality, pharmaceutical, medical, diagnostic, sport and leisure, and construction. Kerri has completed studies in Finance, Travel and Marketing. She is a massive Melbourne Boomers fan.

Developments

Our projects consist of residential and commercial developments which are well located within the inner and middle ring suburbs of Melbourne near transport, villages and entertainment. The size of projects we undertake range from as small as 6 townhouses to over 40 apartments. We have undertaken residential, commercial, child care and retail projects.

Project Management

Our extensive experience ensures all project decisions are made with the knowledge of cause and effect. We enjoy assisting clients to deliver their projects and can offer a tailored service to accommodate their needs. This includes all things from acquisition, consultant assembly, planning, marketing, funding, account keeping and construction management.
